Princess for a day! | OOTD

It's November! It's crazy how time flies, and yes even though it's autumn, and this dress from Get The Label that I'm wearing might be more suitable for summer, it's so pretty that I think it's perfectly fine to wear it to some events, and family parties even now :)
The neckline is very unique. The top corner sides are see-through, so even though the dress is built up right to the neck which will give you more stability and everything will stay in place, it makes the neckline look like it's more open so that the dress looks more fun. It also has a beautiful line of sequins going on the edge of the neckline.

I'm also wearing gorgeous nude wedges from Boohoo which are 18 cm high, but they're very comfortable and you can walk easily in them without breaking a leg. They have a bow attached in the front, making it look super cute, so you can even wear normal jeans a tank top with them, and you will look amazing.

Primping With The Stars | Benefit

Hi there! Today I'm reviewing yet another palette! I've been loving so many palettes lately so I just have to blog about them :)
Using this "Primping with the Starts" kit by Benefit, you will make your face look naturally glowy and flawless and you will achieve a perfect base for your makeup with these key products:

* They're Real! - Mascara 3.0g
This mascara with a flexible, plastic wand works good, but I'm not super impressed with it. I like when mascara gives my lashes volume and texture and I just feel like this one just doesn't really do it and it doesn't separates my lashes too well. But after all it's a good, long-lasting mascara.
  • * Stay Don’t Stray - Primer for concealers & eyeshadows 2.5ml
  • First when I got this kit I thought was a concealer but it's actually not. It's a really great product, which you use a primers for eyeshadows and concelears and I think that it works really well! Since I've started using it, I can tell that my makeup stay on perfectly for longer than usual, and I don't have to re-do my concealer t I did before, I just do apply it in the morning, and it makes my concealer (and eyeshadow) still look great when I come back from work and stay perfect till late! Fantastic product.
  • * Benetint - Rose-tinted lip & cheek stain 4.0ml
  • Benetint is a rose tinted stain for lips and chicks. It looks adorable, the packaging reminds me of a nail polish, as you apply this product with a brush like the ones in nail polishes. It's a nice berry colour, which I think would look amazing on someone with a nice tan. However, I like to just pop a bit of it on my chicks, and maybe slightly on my lips, but if I put too much then I might end up looking too pale!
  • * Some Kind-a Gorgeous - The foundation fake 2.5ml.
  • This matte foundation fake comes in the kit in a medium shade. It's a very light, creamy mousse texture. The coverage is alright but if you want more coverage then you could just use some concealer. I think this foundation will leave your skin looking very natural and matte.
  • * Girl Meets Pearl - Liquid pearl for face 7.5ml
  • This liquid pearl for face has a nice fruity scent and looks amazing. I personally like to use it as a highlighter on my cheek bones and my brow bones. It's a light pearly colour and it's such a light product that will give your skin a natural glow. It's also non sticky and super easy to apply. I think I might get addicted to it :)
  • * The POREfessional PRO balm to minimize the appearance of pores 7.5ml
  • I don't have many pores but it works amazing on some that I have on my skin. It works like an airbrush. It blends in amazing with my skin and once I apply it on my face, it makes my pores almost none existent and I don't even see this product on my skin which is amazing. I've never actually tried a product like that before as like I said before, I don't have many pores.

This palette is a bit bigger then the other Benefit one that I reviewed in one of my latest posts, but the products are tiny! I think that the ones that might last me long are Benetint, The POREfessional and Girl Meets Pearl, as these aren't the products that I would use daily and they're the biggest ones. I personally would want the foundation packaging to be a bit bigger, as I might go through it fast!
Even though these products are small, the quality of them is amazing and I think that Benefit makes amazing makeup, just maybe a bit too expensive sometimes.

Fall Into Luxury! Baked Eye-Face Palette | SEPHORA

My favourite palettes are the ones for face, not just eyes. This new "Fall Into Luxury" baked eye-face palette from Sephora is a must have this season! The packaging is made of a gorgeous purple leather. It doesn't look like a typical face palette from the outside as it's a zip-up palette, which looks very luxurious and you can put it comfortably in your bag.This palette contains many different colour eyeshadows, 2 colours of bronzer, 2 colours of blush and a black eye pencil. On the left side of the palette you can find 2 cards with makeup tips and a quite a big mirror. I think every palette should have a mirror because it's very helpful.
There's so many colourful shades in this palette, but as it's a baked palette, the colours are toned down so they're just perfect for autumn and winter!
I just love Sephora. I think they make such high quality and luxurious products, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this palette and try all the colours.
I'm going to tell you a bit more about them.
* There are 9 single colour eyeshadows (Knit, Silk, Lace, Tweed, Faux Fur, Jersey, Velour,  Satin, Velvet) and 3 double ones (Crotchet, Denim, Leather). I love that you can apply them dry or if you want to go for more dramatic look then you can apply them wet. You can mix and match the colours and even mix shimmer ones with nudes.
* The bronzer duo is called "Nubuck". One colour is gold, very shimmery, and super pigmented, so you need to be careful when you apply it and make sure not to apply too much. I really like this colour on a brow and cheek bone as it works great as gold highlighter.
The shade is a milk chocolate brown which is matte. It's a gorgeous, warm colour but it looks pretty dark on a pale skin so I don't go too crazy with it. I think it might suit better for girls with a nice tan.
* "Angora" is a blush with 2 matte shades of peach and light pink. These two colours aren't super strong so you can easily add more layers on. They're very subtle so you can go with your brush over both of them and apply them as one, or just use one of them at a time.
* The black Eye Pencil is very creamy and strong. Instead of putting more and more layers on to achieve a strong, black line, with this pencil you can just press it slightly harder and just draw a line once and it will look perfect.

I think this palette has so much choice and everything a girl could ask. You can mix and match and create so many different looks with it. It's definitely worth it's price!

P.S. Do you have any ideas of what makeup I could create with this palette? Of yes, then please let me know in comments and I will try creating them soon :)

Green Eye-Makeup Tutorial

One of my celebrity makeup inspirations is Hilary Duff. One of the reasons is that she has blonde hair and brown eyes just like me, so when I think that she looks good in some makeup, I often try it myself to see if it would suit me.
She often wears green eyeshadows and I think it suits her perfectly, but I'm not the biggest fan of that colour, and it's actually my least favourite colour, but I really wanted to see if I would look very extreme wearing makeup like that or if it would look good on me.
To create this eye look, I used my e.l.f. palettes, cream eyeshadow, black liquid eyeliner, fake lashes and mascara (well, of course).
* Cream eyeshadow from Benefit in shade "r.s.v.p." which I got in my World Famous Neautrals- Easiest Nudes Ever eyeshadow kit, but you can buy it separately as a single eyeshadow here.

* e.l.f. 100 piece Marble Eyeshadow
* e.l.f. Little Black Beauty Book in Colour Warm Edition. I'm not too sure why the eyeshadows on their website look totally different than the ones on my palette.
* Black liquid eyeliner, which I got from George Asda. I can never find it on their website so I'm giving you link to a similar eyeliner "Exaggerate Liquid Eye Liner" by Rimmel.
*  Great Lash BIG Washable Mascara by Maybeline
* Pre-Glued Lashes by Eylure.

I created this look in 7 easy steps, as you can see on the pictures below.
 1. I wanted my eye to look glowy, that's why I put a nude colour cream eyeshadow as a base. I put it all over my upper eyelid, up to the crease.  I always use my fingers to apply cream eyeshadows. It will blend in better.
2. I used a shimmery light green eyeshadow all over the eyelid where i put the cream eyeshadow before. I used a gorgeous green colour from the Little Black Beauty Book palette. The 100 piece palette has greens as well, but they're a bit different shades and most of the light ones are matte eyeshadows,  and I really wanted to add to this makeup a bit of sparkle, so I went for the nice shade from the Little Black Beauty Book.
3. Next I put an eyeshadow which is a mix of light and darker, warm browns. I applied it in the outer corner of my upper eyelids to add a bit of a shade.
4. I made a line with a dark shimmer eyeshadow on the bottom lash line. I wanted this makeup to look sleek so I just drew a thin line.
5. I am an black eyeliner kind of girl, and I can't go a day without it, that's why of course I used it this time as well. I think the easiest way to do it, is to draw the line with your eyes open, then you can see exactly if you're drawing it the way you want it to look like.
6. As a last eyeshadow, I used a super pretty light gold colour, which is one of my favourites. I used it to brighten up the eye and make it appear bigger, that's why I applied it in the inner corner of the eye. I often use it on a brow bone as well.
7. As a last step I put some gorgeous eyelashes on. I only wear eyelashes on special occasions, and only the ones that look real, are lightweight and give more texture.

So, this is how I created this look. I would love to know what you think of it, and maybe you have some ideas for next makeup tutorials? Then share them with me and please follow my blog if you enjoy reading it :)

World Famous Neutrals | Benefit

We're already in yet another season, Fall.
Can't believe how fast the summer went!
So, as we're in Fall now, it's time to change makeup colours to less bright and colorful ones.
I really love nude makeup as you look very natural wearing it but it also gives your face some warm colours and just make you look more natural.
Lately I've been using this World Famous Neutrals by Benefit.
It's an eyeshadow kit, with 2 mineral eyeshadows and 4 normal ones. All of them are perfect to create nude eye makeup. I have the kit called "Easiest Nudes Ever", which is a palette with a mix of peachy, gold and brown eyeshadows. There are also available 2 more palettes from this range, which are "Sexiest Nudes Ever"& "Most Glamorous Nudes Ever". The first one of these two contains shades of silver, purple and peach eyeshadows and it's perfect for a darker, night makeup, but the colours are very subtle. The last has a mix of gold, peach and brown eyeshadows, perfect to created a glowy eye look! They all come in the cutest little makeup book with attached mirror on the inside, and some great makeup tips! The World Famous Neutrals palette is perfect to carry round with you everywhere.  I think the one thing that's missing, and I would absolutely love it, is a little eyeshadow sponge. Then we would have everything we need in this little makeup book.
I wanted to show you how these eyeshadows looks like on a face so I decided to do them all in one eye makeup! Eventhough I used 6 eyeshadows, it doesn't look over done, and it still looks natural.
Now, I'm going to tell you step by step how I created this look.
1. I put the mineral eyeshadow in 'r.s.v.p." all over the eyelid. The more layers you put, the brighter it will look. I did 3 layers.
2. Next step was putting the other mineral eyeshadow in "no pressure!" in the outer corner of the eye, and extending it out to the length of where your eyeliner will go.
3. As the "r.s.v.p." looks pink-ish on the eyelid, I thought it would go nicely with the other pink eyeshadow in "pinky swear" which I put in the inner corner of the eye.
4. The next colour I used was a light, shimmer brown in "thanks a latte". I put it on the bottom eyelid. I also love to use this shade on my eyebrows! It's such a perfect colour.
5. I made a line with the "quick, look busy" eyeshadow starting from the 1/3 of the bottom eyelid, and drawing it all the way to the end of the mineral eyeshadow.
6. Last but not least, I used the lightest colour in "call my buff" around my upper eyelid, to brighten the eye.

Tah-dah :) Oh and I also did a thin line with my black eyeliner.
Overall, I think it's a lovely palette, the colours are stunning, there's so much choice and you can created a lot of different eye makeups with just one palette.
It costs £23.50 and you can buy on Benefit website here.
Hope you enjoyed my post, if you did then follow my blog, and all of my social media.

Sunny Sunday Outfit

Happy Sunday everyone!!
What is everyone doing today?
I'm not a "Lazy Sunday" type of person and on a hot day like today, the last thing I want to do is sit inside in my PJs, so I went for a nice walk down the promenade. The weather was better than I thought it would be, I even had some ice cream, and just enjoyed the amazing  weather! This Sunday couldn't be any more perfect :)
Today, I went for a classy Sunday look. I worn a simple but elegant T-shirt by I Want Your Clothes, with some nice black and silver gems in top corner, which makes this T-shirt look very pretty, and neat. I don't usually wear T-shirts, but I'm in love with this one.
I also worn my newest piece, which is a gorgeous Navy blazer! I really love the style of this blazer, as it's not made of a stiff fabric, so It's perfect to wear for more elegant events as well as going shopping. It's really comfortable and I love that the sleeves are pulled up. The blazer is from Celeb Look, and there are so many different colours to choose from, and they're all gorgeous. Go have a look at them, which colour would you choose?
I decided to wear darker jeans with this outfit to not make it look too casual, and more elegant. I really like these Pull&Bear jeans, which I bought a year ago. They're ripped in a few little places, so they don't look like boring jeans, yet they're very classy.
I worn it with black wedge boots from New Look, that I also bought a year ago. They're very comfortable, and go with almost everything.
Now, for accessories I picked nice big leopard print sunglasses by VP and a lovely black leather clutch by Dune. I think it all looks pretty nice together.
If you enjoyed this post then please follow my blog, you can also follow me on social media, you can find the link in the right corner of my blog :)
Hope you all have a nice Sunday.

ARK Age Aware Skincare

Skincare products are the most important beauty products, and that's why it is very important to choose the right products for you and your skin.
Recently I've been using ARK Age Aware Skincare products which are prescribed by skin age, not by a skin type.
There are 3 ranges to choose from:
* AGE PREPARE - For teens to early 30s
* AGE MENTAIN - For 30s to 50s
* AGE REPAIR - For 50+.
             As I'm in my 20s, I've been using the Age Prepare range.
If you're just over 20 years old, just like me, then it's not the time for us to use a lot of strong skincare products yet, as our skin is still young, and not as damaged.
That's why this range is perfect for us. It will prepare our skin for future skin damage.
          There are 11 products available in the Age Prepare range. I got the Age Aware Discovery Collection, which are 4 travel size, 30ml products that come in a nice, handy makeup bag. The products are: Masque, Cleanser, Exfoliator and Moisturiser.
            The Skin Clear Cleanser is transparent and very gentle and kind to my skin. It spreads easily on skin, so you don't need to use a lot of the product. It does a fantastic job of adding more liveliness back into my face.
             Since I started using The Purifying Masque from this range, I've noticed that my face looks very clean and doesn't have many pores and blemishes as this product heals and prevents them from forming. The Masque has a tan colour cream texture, and it's very subtle and feels nice on my skin. I use it 2 to 3 times a week, for a bout 10 minutes.
           One of my favorite products from this range is The Exfoliator, which I've been using 2-3 times a week for the past couple weeks. It contains microbeads which removes dead skin cells. Some people might think that it can be harsh to skin, but it's not at all. It makes my skin feel so much smoother, more alive and using it feel so nice and gentle on my skin.
                  The Moisturiser's texture feels a bit heavy when I apply to my face, but it's not sticky, and just after few seconds it makes my skin feels refreshed and hydrated. I use it twice a day, in the morning and just before going to bed at night. It does a fantastic job of adding more liveliness back into my face. I couldn't go a day without it.

My final thoughts are that ARK is an amazing brand, with some fantastic products, which make my skin feel refreshed, soft, and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. The packaging is simple but luxurious at the same time. I'd recommend it to all the girls my age who are looking for affordable and subtle skin care products, witch doesn't contain any strong scents. Also, the Age Aware Discovery Collection is perfect for you if you haven't tried any ARK products yet, as they're perfect size for the first time users and you can take it with you everywhere, and you will have the most important products always with you.
